A Guided Meditation for Depression & Anxiety

Some days, even getting out of bed feels impossible. When your mind races, your chest feels tight, and even the smallest tasks, making breakfast, replying to a message, or getting dressed, feel like mountains, it's easy to feel alone.

I know that feeling. I've been there myself many years ago. I remember lying in bed for hours, barely able to face the day, thinking, "Why can't I just feel okay?" It wasn't laziness or weakness; it was simply the weight of my mind and body being overwhelmed.

When life feels like this, healing doesn't mean magically "snapping out of it." It begins with small, gentle moments. Moments where you allow yourself to just be. Moments where you remember that it's okay to feel how you feel.

That's why I created a 10-minute Guided Meditation for Depression & Anxiety, a soft, safe space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

It's not about fixing everything or pretending to be okay. It's about giving yourself permission to rest, to soften, and to feel a little lighter.

You'll be guided through gentle breathwork and visualisation, a way to help calm your mind, release tension, and remember that peace still lives inside you, even when it's hard to feel.

Even if the day feels overwhelming, even if tasks and responsibilities feel impossible, taking just a few minutes for yourself can help.

Start with one breath. Just one. That's enough.
