The word of the day today, or even better, for this whooole month of December is EASE.

Even the feel of that word starts to soothe the nervous system.

This word EASE can be spoken softly, repeated slowly, over and over, elongated, and even combined with a soft hum or vibration with our breath.

As I'm writing these words of stillness and calmness, I'm setting the intention for you to warmly receive this infused energy of EASE, for your highest good, and for the most EASE-flowing month possible, especially, when it can tend be quite the opposite from many, given the festive rush.

I warmly invite you in, to these calm and still moments of EASE.

Try to read these words as slowly as possible, the

slower we read, the more soothing it is for our precious nervous systems.

Slow, calm words of EASE.

You're welcome to listen to the music I'm listening to, here as I write these calm and meditative words, as you connect to your inner stillness.

Sound healing is a big part of my work these days, my clients seem to find it very effective in our sessions, when working on managing stress, overwhelm and anxiety, as well as heavy workloads and pressure.

Reading these words of EASE in silence is just as good though, and another perfectly calming and centering option.

Take in a soft and slow deep breath in…

And as you breath out, say that word EASE in a soft voice, elongating it on the out-breath.

Breathe in again, to the count of 8…

And as you breathe out, allow the word EASE to flow out of your mouth, in a lower vibrational tone, calibrating the energy in your chest.

Softly breathe in again, up through your nose, feel your belly inflating, allowing your lungs to take in all of the restorative fresh oxygen…

As you breath out, allow the word EASE to flow out softly, whichever way feels most comfortable and effortless for you.

You can even play around with different EASE tones, allowing your body to effortlessly guide your breath.

Connect to your inner guidance, what feels flowy, and what resonates with the word EASE.

Repeat this 5-10 times, or as many times as you need throughout the day, to deeply embody the word EASE.

Without any resistance.

You already have exactly what you need to feel the flow and EASE throughout your body today, and for this festive month of December.

Allowing your breath to lead the way.

Allowing your voice to calibrate your energy.

Allowing flow.

Surrender.

An innate creative healing infusion of exactly what we already have within us.

Our breath is our guide,

And the word EASE is our healer,

Guiding ourselves back to our own healing journey,

Back to resonance,

Back to calibration,

Back to homeostasis,

Our natural state of being,

Where flow and ease float around in a dance of harmony throughout our bodies.

I'd like to softly suggest that you read this EASE article again,

Read these words of stillness again

(even 3 times, every day if possible)

To really allow the word EASE to be taken in by your whole body.

Each time, reading slower and slower,

Each time feeling your being calibrating into EASE,

Each time, building up the embodiment of EASE.

You deserve to feel and embody EASE.

You deserve the kindest self-care.

You deserve a safe and still space filled with calming EASE.

I wish you a month full of EASE, connection, warmth and love,
