A Unique Day of Sound, Healing & Connection
This June, something truly special is coming to Liverpool. On Monday 22nd June, the magnificent St George’s Hall will host one of the most ambitious holistic wellness gatherings the UK has seen, the “Frequency of the Dragon – Sound Healing & Holistic Fair for a Cause”.
Organised by Martin and team from Chiron Sound Bath Sanctuary, this immersive event blends sound healing, mindfulness, music, meditation, wellness therapies and community connection, all while supporting an important charitable cause. A portion of every ticket sold will be donated to Petit Pas – Ride to Recovery, a charity supporting veterans living with PTSD.
For many people, modern life has become relentlessly noisy. Constant notifications, busy schedules, emotional pressure and digital overload can leave the nervous system in a permanent state of stress. Events like Frequency of the Dragon are designed to offer something increasingly rare, the opportunity to properly slow down, reconnect and reset.
The event begins at midday with a vibrant Holistic Fair featuring wellness practitioners, healing spaces, workshops, speakers and live performances. Guests will have the opportunity to explore different approaches to wellbeing, spirituality and personal growth throughout the day.

Among the featured speakers and performers are spiritual medium Kath Daintith Axon, transformational coach Sarah Bagnoli, the Liverpool Rock Choir, veteran fundraiser Tiny Stokes, Lauren Ealey with Kundalini Activation, the powerful Katumba Drummers and ecstatic dance DJ Sally Fazeli.
As evening falls, the event transforms into what organisers describe as the largest indoor sound bath experience ever held in the UK. Participants are invited to lie comfortably within the stunning acoustics of St George’s Hall while therapeutic gongs and resonant instruments create waves of immersive sound and vibration.
Sound baths and gong healing have grown significantly in popularity over recent years as more people seek natural methods of relaxation and stress reduction. While experiences differ from person to person, many attendees report feeling deeply calm, emotionally lighter and mentally clearer afterwards. Some research suggests that meditative sound experiences may help reduce tension and support relaxation responses within the body.
What makes Frequency of the Dragon particularly exciting is its intention to create more than simply an event. It is designed as a shared experience of connection, music, healing and collective energy. There is a strong emphasis on inclusivity, community and emotional wellbeing, with no previous experience in meditation or sound healing required.
The setting itself also adds something remarkable. St George’s Hall is one of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks, known for its grand architecture and incredible acoustics. Hosting a large-scale sound immersion within such a historic venue promises an atmosphere unlike anything else currently taking place in the UK wellness scene.

The event runs from 12pm until 11pm and includes daytime fair access, workshops, performances and the full evening sound experience. Attendees are encouraged to bring comfortable items such as yoga mats, blankets and cushions to fully relax during the sound bath experience.
Whether you are already involved in holistic wellness or simply curious about trying something new, Frequency of the Dragon offers an opportunity to step away from everyday pressures and experience something uplifting, grounding and memorable.

To ensure the event is as inclusive and accessible as possible, evening-only tickets are also available for those who may be unable to attend during the day due to work or other commitments, allowing even more people the opportunity to experience the calming and restorative evening sound immersion.
