Article Submission

We are pleased that you're interested in writing an article for our online Health & Wellbeing magazine! Your contribution is truly valued, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Submitting your article

Here are some basic guidelines for your article:

  1. Length: Please aim for a minimum of 500 words. You can submit the article in Word format, and feel free to include images or links where appropriate within the content.
  2. Biography: At the end of your article, please include a brief biography. This is a great opportunity for you to introduce yourself to our readers—feel free to add business details, social media links, websites, or anything else you'd like to share! Additionally, please submit a photo of yourself to accompany your biography.
  3. Citing Sources: If you refer to any studies or research, please cite them or provide a link to the original source. This ensures that we maintain accuracy and credibility.
  4. Images: If you include any images, please ensure that you have permission to use them and that you credit the photographer by including their name and a link to their website where appropriate.
  5. Deadline: There's no strict deadline for submitting your article. Feel free to send it over when it's ready. I'm happy to work with you at your own pace.

Once I receive your article, I'll review it and put together something for you to preview. You can offer any feedback or suggest changes, and once you give me the green light, I'll schedule it to go live on a set date & send you the link.

Please don't feel pressured to have your article perfect when you first send it through. I'll work closely with you to make sure it's just how you envision it! And if you want to bounce ideas off me or need any help, I'm more than happy to assist.

Editorial Guidelines

  • We strictly adhere to a zero-tolerance on profanities. All pending/offered comments will be reviewed by the editor in the initial instance. Offering a comment is not a guarantee of it being used: with or without amendment, although always with attribution. This is at the editor's sole discretion!

  • We will only accept articles/posts, etc. in the English language.

  • Original articles are requested. All written contributions may be checked by a 'copyscape' checker to verify the material has not been lifted from a copyrighted existing source. Copied material is not acceptable unless the source is acknowledged in the notes and is not of an undue length. Use of any article is at the sole discretion of the editor.

  • We insist that any photographic or graphic content is original or that permission has been granted for its use. This needs to be established at outset as missing crucially-reliant elements of a post or article might render it unpublishable.
