Our Anti Mantras

Human beings are layered creatures! All our experiences lead us to becoming who we are every year.

These layers then continue to build eventually causing us to believe certain things about ourselves & others!

As complex characters this can sometimes lead us to be stuck in a belief system that isn’t true but actually what we have come to believe.

“I’m too this”, “I’m not enough that”, “I don’t have this”, “I wish I had that”, are these what we have been told and then we continue to tell ourselves or are these just things we heard and decided to own?

How about we acknowledge these beliefs & learn from them.

Instead of listening to what we tell ourselves, it’s about rewiring our brains and working out what is true. If you feel like you are “too loud”, maybe you’ve just been told that you are versus actually being too loud.

Everyday we unintentionally tell ourselves “anti mantras”.These are negative thoughts that we convince ourselves are true. “I am to blame”, “I’m not good enough” etc. Write your anti mantras below, and next to them, write the positive spin. Eg: I’m to blame = I’m taking responsibility for my actions.
