Awaken Your Womb…

…To Free Your Voice

Many of us have stayed silent throughout our lives in the face of being disempowered, oppressed, and when our boundaries were crossed. We have carried within us a feeling of unworthiness to fight for what we believe in, our sovereign right to defend ourselves. This often stems from the shame inflicted upon us for being “too much” or “out of order.”

Memories of being silenced and severely punished for having opinions, or for expressing truths that were unpalatable to certain ears, may be stored in our cellular memory and even passed down through our generational lines. We have stood by and chosen to be quiet while, deep inside, we roared for justice and for our voices to be heard.

Many women, in particular, may have hung their heads in shame at being labelled “too talkative” or as “having too much to say.” In order to be accepted, they learned to be demure and quiet, as “good girls” are expected to be to fit into society. Unfortunately, this can lead to emotional and physical blocks in the cells of our bodies, slowly chipping away at our confidence and sense of self-respect. Over time, it can also create a pattern of attracting abusive and toxic relationships into our lives.

Some of us may even have become “people pleasers” to avoid rocking the boat, which deeply compromises our sense of personal sovereignty.

Righteous Anger

Freeing our voice involves releasing the many difficult emotions stored in the body and womb. The most extreme emotions, like anger and rage, are often stored at a deeply subconscious level in the cells of our bodies. These emotions need space to be seen, heard, validated, and expressed so they can be released.

If they are not expressed, they can create emotional, physical, and mental challenges and prevent us from fully stepping into our power. However, anger and rage have often been demonised as negative emotions. They can indeed be destructive if they are not safely released in a way that does not harm ourselves or others.

In Womb Awakening, we use safe, supportive practices to help release these emotions from your body and womb, freeing up your authentic voice.

“The voice of honest indignation is the voice of God.”

The Throat Chakra & the Sacred Womb

This voice, our true voice, is our means of showing up in the world and is our defence against all forms of injustice. The throat chakra is deeply connected to our Sacred Womb.

By awakening our connection to our Sacred Womb, the deepest aspect of who we are, we awaken our deepest truth. A channel opens once that inner flame is lit, and we suddenly feel compelled to speak up: not only about the injustices we have suffered, but also about the atrocities being committed against other humans, animals, and Mother Earth.

This voice is not the voice of ego or even of the rational mind; it is the voice rising from the depths of our soul, from the truest aspect of our being.

Let our voices resound together in solidarity, loud enough to drown out the fear and lies that have silenced truth for far too long.
