Who Am I?
My name is Elena Dickie, founder of Soul of the Earth — a space created to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and innate ability to heal and flourish.
After many years in the corporate world, I found myself drawn to the deeper, more meaningful work of helping others through holistic therapies. Over the past two decades, this journey has led me to become a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Life Coach.
I believe that life is about finding joy in the journey — and that menopause, rather than a time of loss, can be a beautiful opportunity to rediscover your power, peace, and purpose.
What I'm Offering (For Free!)
Changing Your Menopause Narrative and Experience: Embracing Your Own Power and Wisdom is a deeply supportive, small-group programme designed to help women reframe their menopause experience through holistic, integrated approaches.
Through personal sessions, group connection, and therapeutic tools, we'll explore how to manage symptoms naturally, nurture self-compassion, and awaken the wisdom and creativity that this life stage offers.
This is more than a course — it's an invitation to create a new story about your menopause: one of balance, strength, and self-love.
Who Is This For?
This programme is ideal for women experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms who:
- Feel ready to explore a more natural and holistic approach to wellbeing.
- Are open to reconnecting with their bodies and emotions through gentle, integrative practices.
- Would like to share and grow within a safe, supportive community.
- Want to rediscover joy, energy, and calm in what can often feel like a chaotic and confusing time.
Why You Should Want To Take Part
Many women face a wide range of menopause-related challenges — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My own experience was unique to me as yours is to you, but there are common threads. I decided to take a natural, holistic approach to it and embrace this deeply transformative time of life and I am brining tools, practices and therapies to you that I know are extremely effective. The one thing I did not have, was the support of a group who truly understood what I was going through, a safe space where I could be real, and share, commiserate and celebrate with others in the same boat. And this is why I am making the group session a key part of this programme.
This programme is designed to support women experiencing some or all of the following:
- Hot flushes, fatigue, or sleep disruption
- Emotional imbalance, irritability, or anxiety
- Changes in confidence or sense of identity
- Difficulty finding peace and acceptance during this transition
Through connection, conversation, and holistic practice, we'll address these challenges from a compassionate, integrated perspective — nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
What Are We Working Towards?
By taking part, you will:
- Develop a deeper understanding of their body's natural rhythms and needs.
- Learn practical holistic tools to manage symptoms and enhance wellbeing.
- Reframe menopause as a period of growth and empowerment, rather than limitation.
- Feel supported, understood, and connected — both within themselves and within a like-minded community.
- Cultivate calm, clarity, and renewed vitality.
How Will It Work?
Each participant will receive:
- 1 x 30-minute individual introduction/consultation session
To understand your personal journey, goals, and needs. - 2 x 90-minute group sessions
Gentle, supportive gatherings to share experiences, explore healing practices, and build connection. - 3 x 60-minute one-to-one sessions
Tailored sessions drawing from my integrated toolbox — yoga, energy work, mindfulness, sound, aromatherapy, and coaching — to help you reshape your menopause experience in a way that truly supports you. - WhatsApp community group chat for continued connection and encouragement.
- Personal WhatsApp support for individual guidance throughout the programme.

How Long Will The Programme Last & How Often Will We Get Together?
- Offer available: Throughout November 2025 on a first come first serve basis
(Booking deadline: 30th November 2025) - 30-minute consultations: Week commencing 1st December 2025
- Group sessions: We will firm up on dates for these Group Sessions during the first week of the programme, but we are aiming for:

- Individual sessions: Scheduled flexibly to suit each participant, ideally no more than one month apart.

How Many People Will Be On The Programme?
Spaces are intentionally limited to 3 participants to ensure an intimate, personalised, and deeply supportive experience.
Early booking is encouraged, as spaces are expected to fill quickly.
