EFT International Accredited Trainer & Advanced Practitioner
Hi, my name is Grainne O’Neill and I practice a kind of mind massage called EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for people struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma and enabling them to move forward with confidence and ease.
What clients say about me is that I help them to clear the pathway for themselves and give them the tools to help themselves. And that when the going gets tough and we must tackle difficult issues, I can do this with a light touch and humour.
I studied commerce at university and started my professional career working in marketing, advertising, and financial services.
My interest in personal development, started several years ago when I became ill with Chronic Fatigue.
Conventional medicine was unfortunately unable to help me so I had to look at alternative therapies to help me find a solution. Although I didn’t realise it, I had been constantly stressed and running from one crisis to the other. Something had to change.
Originally, I trained in Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), & Hypnotherapy. However, once I learnt EFT tapping therapy, it immediately became the primary tool that I use for myself and with clients as it is the most effective way of getting to the root of the problem quickly and making permanent changes.
I now work directly with clients one to one and am also an EFT trainer for EFT International.

I’m a single mum to 4 kids and passionate about the beauty industry and how to maintain high standards. As well as look at each client’s body, work dynamics and patholgy I do a lot of research into a client’s medications (especially as now with Covid -19 in our lives client’s needs have changed) to create a tailored massage and treatment for them and their needs at the time.
I’ve been running my own business now for 27 years. I started my own business because I didn’t like the conveyor belt salon aspect when I first went into the industry so with help of my parents set up simply beautiful then 15 years later to accommodate men and women called it SB Therapy. I changed the colour scheme and now my business is thriving with equal men and women attending.
SB Therapy is not about pampering instead it is about mental and physical wellbeing to balance the mind and body as a whole.
Through attending mental health workshops, I look to understand what clients could be going through and am then able to tailor treatments for them but also make sure they are able to get treatments they need by adapting my treatments to ensure everyone can benefit.
I am now training therapists in Ashiatsu at my salon in Fife. For more information on courses available visit my website www.sbsalon.co.uk or contact me on 07828 394716 or email simplyb1995@yahoo.com. As the only trainer accredited to train therapists in the UK and beyond in this amazing modality, I hope to see you soon in taking your business, knowledge and skills forward.

At Heart Centred Business, we typically work with women in their 40’s who run 6 figure businesses and are worn out from working too hard for too little profit. We help them grow their business from 6 to 7 figures so they can work less and live more.
Based on real-world experience of being serial entrepreneurs ourselves, we teach what works, rather than what’s popular.
We're on a mission to create 1000 heart centred millionaires.
Would you like to be one of them?
If you’re curious, email us now on hello@heartcentredbusiness.com or call us on +44(0)333 987 4245 and let’s explore what’s possible.

Lindsey Beveridge, Registered Nutritionist and Transpersonal Coach (mBANT, CNHC, IICT, IACTM)
My personal history of experiencing (and then self-medicating for) anxiety, low mood and insomnia, and then overcoming an alcohol addiction, a nicotine addiction and binge-eating, led me to specialise in working with people who experience mood problems and/or engage in addictive behaviour patterns (e.g. alcohol addiction, an over-reliance on sugar or caffeine; over-work; nicotine addiction; taking on too much responsibility; struggles with rest and relaxation).
I work with clients to understand physiological drivers behind these behaviours (e.g. genetics, neurotransmitter imbalances, poor gut health, nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances). Together we look at belief systems and patterns of behaviour to support long-term change.
I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, and I also run online workshops and group coaching sessions, as well as in-person retreats.

Nicky grew up in Dublin. Her father helped spark her interest in cooking with his creative skills in the kitchen. She went on to study Culinary Arts in a holistic nutrition school in California. This professional training focused on cooking delicious nourishing food for optimum health. As Nicky is also a qualified nutritional therapist with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, she dedicates her time to preparing dishes that can be adapted to everybody's health requirements. Her food is not only bursting with nutrients, it tastes delicious too. Nicky started the fresh food deli in The Hopsack Health Store and worked as the head chef there for 3.5 years.
Since then she decided to go on an adventure to Central America where she has gained so much experience working as head chef at Farm of Life healing retreat centre in Costa Rica. Nicky learned a new way to live & heal, connecting to nature and practising meditation. She experienced wonderful openings working with plant medicine, including cacao. As she has spent many years DJing in Dublin, she naturally took a big interest in cacao ceremonies with chakra dancing. She believes this is a powerful tool to help open the heart and still the mind aided by cacao, music and movement.
Nicky has held successful workshops & retreats around Ireland and loves to share her knowledge with people. Her creative energy, passion for her work & her heart intention shines through to create beautiful gatherings for people to enjoy and leave bursting with inspiration.
My next cacao ceremony will be 7 Sept 2019 in The Chapel of Ease, Irishtown, Dublin 4. We will be celebrating life with a gratitude dance. I will have more information on this shortly. If you are interested in booking in, drop a mail to hello@nickyhalliday.com

My name is Kaya and I have lived in the world of healing since I was a child. Without knowing what energies are or how they work, I was intuitively healing animals. As a teenager I realised that I can help others to let go of their pain, and so my healing path had begun. By practicing and experiencing healing, I developed my own healing technique which I call natural-intuitive healing. I have since then attended a number of courses in energy healing and other kinds of therapy in order to expand my understanding. On top of that I have attended courses for psychological astrology, art therapy and hypnotherapy. I draw most of my inspiration and energy from nature for which I have always felt a very strong and dynamic relationship with.
I haven’t had the easiest path through life, so most of my healing work I have done for myself and my close ones. Today I can be nothing but grateful for all my experiences because they have taught me so much! There is no book in the world which can give you more knowledge than learning from your own experiences. It applies to you as well: Today you might feel deeply troubled, but one day you will give your gratitude for all you have been through because it made you greater! All the challenges we face happen because our soul chooses them, so we can learn from them and win this game, become a clearer, purer, and higher self.
We are all here to shine! We just need to bring light to all the shadows!
Therefore I created this Personal Healing Process for you. And I would love to share with you all what has been given to me to overcome difficulties, from my heart, to yours.

I still take my weekly yoga class with my lovely teacher Lee Carter, although it is now on Zoom. Over the last few years I have been on a couple of yoga retreats and tried a few different teachers and styles of yoga, but Hatha yoga has been my bedrock. I recently completed the 200 hour teacher training course with T K Yoga in France (where the photographs were taken) and look forward to continuing to learn as I teach.
If you are interested in studying yoga with me (I live in central London but can Zoom anywhere) please contact me:

My name is Amritani Katarzyna Zuchniewicz and I am a qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor with a background in psychology and Yoga philosophy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association for Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP). I am therefore bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure.
I am a counsellor in private practice, currently based in Spain. My professional experience in a helping field started in 2008 when, having been helped by my first, great Yoga teacher who introduced me to meditation practices in very difficult times of my life, I felt inspired to give something back to the community and began working with vulnerable individuals. Since then, I have continued both this type of work and my Yoga practice, whilst developing educationally, personally and professionally.
I began to provide a counselling service in 2019 and soon realised how I felt in my element doing it. Throughout my professional life, I have worked within various roles and have been influenced by integrative, Person-Centred, transpersonal, humanistic, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing as well as Yoga and art therapy approaches, and I draw from these approaches in my practice. I have worked with individuals experiencing mental health problems including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and all forms of abuse, addictions, traumas, lack of self-esteem/sense of self, poor coping skills, emotional dysregulation, loss, crime issues, cognitive impairment, stress, relationship issues, identity crisis, existential dilemmas, search for deeper values and more.

I’m a former nurse with 20 years of experience who reconnected with my true self after walking away from an unhealthy relationship and a career that no longer aligned with my values. Inspired by patients who embraced a holistic approach to healing, I began listening to my own body, rediscovered my intuitive gifts, and reclaimed my power.
Now based in Cornwall with my three children and our dog, I’m passionate about supporting others—especially women—to follow their inner wisdom, honour their truth, and feel empowered in their health and life choices. I believe that by reconnecting with our bodies, the earth, and natural cycles, we can access profound healing and creative power.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect or chat before working together.
