Bring the forest indoors

You can create the forest effect at home with different types of plants. Indoor plants will make you feel calmer and happier. Plants can aid breathing as they absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. That’s why you feel like you can breathe easier, focus better, and are simply happier in a room full of nature.

Here are a few examples of indoor plants with the benefits:

Peace lily – extremely effective as air purifier and the flower is known as symbol of peace.

Chrysanthemum – reduces pollutive properties of the air. Symbolise happiness and joy

Bring outside smells indoors

If you are unable to go to an actual forest or outdoor location, you can bring the smell of the forest into your home by using essential oils. Here is a diffuser blend created by me for you to use to create a forest atmosphere at home:

Add this blend to your diffuser and let the smell of the forest surround you in the comfort of your home.
