Spending Your Time

I love the results of this exercise, it is always so surprising to see how the results affect people differently. If you were to be asked how you spend your time, what would you say? 50% on the home, 50% on work? Or 10% socialising, 60% admin 30% family? It doesn’t matter what your answers are.

Be honest.

What’s interesting is when we look at how we want to spend our time. It’s often the exact opposite of what we do in our life! This isn’t to make you feel bad about how you live your life! It’s to wake up and live consciously and make proactive decisions with how you want to spend your time.

Really sit & think about what this looks like for you.

It also magnifies areas where you’re placing your energy that maybe doesn’t need to be put. 

Fill out the first clock with what you are spending your time on. Then fill out the second clock with what you want to spend your time on.
