My name is Nabilah and I’m a mother of two children with 15 years of teaching drama and dance at school. My love of drama and involvement with young people has shown me the positive contribution and self-expression that has enabled to make a significant difference in one’s life. This has led me to continue my journey in becoming a Drama Therapist as I have seen young people in education with many anxieties, self-harming, depression and other mental health issues. I have gained a qualification in Psychotherapy and Drama Healing Therapy, so that I could help support young people and children using both my teaching experience and qualification in schools and other organisation sectors. I’m passionate to support those on a journey for any life issues that they face such as stress, anxiety, loss of bereavement and other mental health issues. I’m available part time to clients, schools, and organisations. Declutter Consultant Hi, my name is Terri O’Callaghan and I inspire and motivate individuals to let go of clutter on all levels of their lives. I help them understand the various emotions associated with decluttering especially sentimentality, guilt and shame. This is to help them live happier, healthier and more relaxed lives. I’m very passionate about inspiring clients to truly see the power of decluttering and letting go, and that they CAN do this. Being able to empower others with the skills and knowledge to transform their homes and lives in an effective way, is at the core of everything I do. For me, identifying why clutter builds up in their lives, encourage those who struggle to make decisions around their clutter and allowing them to be in control in a non-judgemental manner, is key to my relationship with clients. I studied Human Resource Management at the University of Leicester and worked for many years in Human Resources. More recently I left this profession to set up my own consultancy and to follow my passion motivating and inspiring others in the power of decluttering and how it has a positive impact on all aspects of our lives and wellbeing. I studied decluttering and organising and am a graduate of the Declutter Academy. I work with clients on a one to one basis, either in-home of virtual via Zoom, across the UK and Ireland. Michael has been fascinated by the human body, movement and how our mental and emotional states manifest physically. After 20 years of indulging this fascination as a Pilates teacher - teaching movement to individuals and groups, and noticing that some clients presented states of being that seemed to need something other than coaching in more efficient movement, he is now a Certified Tantric Journey Educator and qualified as a Raynor Massage therapist. He hopes to continue to help people to have a better and more intimate relationship with their own physicality through a combination of his training. Contact Details Website

I am a female coach, emotional wellbeing practitioner, trauma integration specialist and holistic womb healing enthusiast. In short - emotional healing and feminine creatrix coach. I help women to connect with their values and desires, correct boundaries and clear blocks that are preventing them from truly living most satisfying life. I work with integrative trauma models which translated into more human- friendly language means when I work with you, we look at what happened in your life that is currently creating biggest problems for you and what to do to remove the root cause of it. I use several techniques that work very well remediate the original trauma (wound) which could be either emotional or physical. Every session is completely different and created especially for you as I tap into my internal intuitive resources to draw upon energetic information that is connected to the problem that you are experiencing. I also enjoy running women groups and sessions on holistic and esoteric topics. I’m avid astrology lover (wink wink to my astrology friends), mother of my 10 months old and a creator of Radiant Womb Woman program. I moonshine as a blogger and YouTuber once in a while since I have so much to share. Contact Details Website Events Instagram YouTube

Dr. Rukmini Jonnalagadda is a cell and molecular biologist, as well as a passionate yoga instructor. During her PhD studies, she delved into how cells store memories based on their growth environment. This sparked her fascination with understanding how habits and trauma are stored at the molecular level and within our bodies. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in traditional yoga practices, this concept was familiar to her and inspired her to become a yoga instructor herself. Today, she is dedicated to advocating for yoga as both a science and a philosophy, helping people navigate modern life with its many challenges. Contact Details Facebook Instagram LinkedIn

HICAT tutor, Creative Arts Facilitator & Creative Therapist After successfully completing my degree in Sociology / Theatre studies & Performing arts, drama therapy became my passion. Using drama as a tool can offer self awareness, learning and growth in settings such as special educational schools, prisons and the disability sector. It provided me with many opportunities to witness how an individual can explore their unconscious and express their 'true self' in various scenarios through role play. Drama therapy offers escapism, can make a difference to emotions and feelings and provide a lasting impact on human behaviours. Enabling people to express themselves beyond who they are, in a safe and supportive environment was a privilege. Unfortunately, life, materialistic needs and finances became my priority. Fast forward twenty years, after spending many years in the education sector developing students and businesses, I entered the corporate world. Life could not be any further from where my heart was. The aftermath of Covid, isolated from family and friends, at the beginning of menopause and having crippling anxiety took their toll on my mental, emotional and physical being. My confidence, ambition, direction and passion for life had gone. Unsure of the person staring back at me, unable to describe my feelings, I longed for change... A few months later an email came through about the HICAT course. At the time, I had to make a choice between a business qualification or training where I could invest in me, for me. I plucked up the courage and chose the latter! Unsure If I had made the right decision added to my stress and anxiety. I questioned everything, doubted my ability, worried how it may impact my career, would I have time? when would I study? could I afford it? the list was endless but, I knew I had to try if anything was to change. When the course started, I immediately knew that I had made the right decision. I could express myself without the struggle to find the words, when I was too angry or confused the arts gave me a voice. I loved being creative; learning how emotions and feelings impact our body, and the self discovery of making the connection between a well-mind and well-being, all in my safe creative space. The feeling of getting back to my roots re-ignited my passion, provided fulfilment with purpose that helped me gain sight of myself once more. I was 'Connecting', 'Creating' and 'expressing' myself. My worrying reduced, I allowed my body to rest, and slowly the overwhelming anxiety started to calm. It was at this point 'Connect with Creativity' was founded. Research shows that 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year and that 792 million people are affected by mental health issues worldwide. At any given time, 1 in 6 working-age adults have symptoms associated with mental ill health. I realised I was one of these statistics, so I set out to make a difference. Everyone should have the opportunity to have space to rest, restore and re-align. The HICAT course is more than a practitioner course. It is a journey that can empower, heal and bring calm into your life. Creative expression can improve mental and emotional well-being, enhance physical activity and brings opportunity that enables you to 'be in the present moment'. When words are not enough....'Connect with creativity' and empower others to do the same... Contact Details Email: Lesley@connectwithcreativity.co.uk Website Facebook Instagram

Our MISSION is to maintain high standards of training and practice. Our VALUES are honesty, transparency, professionalism and integrity. We have worked hard to become a respectable and professional training company. We have risen to the demands by the public who are seeking a simple and affordable way to becoming certified and accredited whilst upholding high standards. Our trainers are highly skilled and qualified and some have worked within the NHS, Education, Prisons, NGOs, Support Groups etc. With so many years solid experience in the field, we are supported and endorsed by reputable organisations who value our ethos. We are recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), the National Council for Psychotherapists (NCP) and the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT). As an independent body, we can therefore accept appropriately qualified and verified EFT and Mindfulness Practitioners and Trainers, equally and fairly. We are formally committed to aligning our EFT training with NOS (National Occupational Standards*) and have a core curriculum and syllabus that lines up with those requirements. There are many online EFT courses out there today that promise you can be qualified to help the public with their mental health problems after a weekend of training. Unfortunately, those regulating bodies are not interested. All we can do is to offer quality, professional training to maintain the credibility and respect that EFT deserves and protect the public from harm. We also offer courses in Mindfulness and EFT in Education. If you are looking for a Practitioner or Trainer from this site, you can be assured that they have been thoroughly assessed, and have signed up to Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics as well as Continuous Professional Development and Supervision. All mindfulness practitioners and teachers adhere to the UK Mindfulness based Good Practice Guidelines. *Occupational Standards (OS) are a requirement for any therapy to be accepted within mainstream medicine. OS statements describe what an individual needs to be able to do, know and understand in order to achieve best practice. These standards are widely accepted across a broad range of health care and complementary disciplines worldwide. Contact Details Website Facebook X LinkedIn Instagram
