Anna Donkin is a registered Nutritional Therapist specializing in the Women’s Health sector in areas of hormonal balance, Body composition/weight management, Maternity & Postpartum recovery.
Before pursuing nutrition as a career, Anna came from a background in the Ballet & Pilates world. She has always been passionate about the physiology and function of the human body and how to use nutrition science & movement as tools to optimize the way her clients feel in their bodies. “I understand that so many women have tried so many different approaches to improve their health and achieve their body goals, but there is no one size fits all approach. It’s about assessing the individual and finding a method that works specifically for them in a way that promotes consistency for the long run”.
Anna started working as a Health & Nutrition coach in 2012 with clients in Cape Town and later, after moving to Europe, in Berlin & has since Covid, moved into the Online space as a registered Nutritional Therapist, working with clients worldwide. “I love the flexibility that working online offers my clients and myself. I can work with them from wherever they are, between work calls or from their home. It’s great for accountability and accessibility.”
Anna completed a Bsc degree in Nutritional Therapy and continues to expand her expertise in areas that enrich the way she works with her clients

I pride myself on my motivational approach to juggling the ever-increasing challenges of life and strongly advocate for mind, body, and soul empowerment. Yoga and meditation are not just part of my professional role, it helps me to navigate through life. I include my children in my practice one of whom is autistic, a safe place for us to release emotion, connect and recover from the sensory meltdowns experienced without judgment. I truly embrace these wholesome experiences shared and count my blessings for the strength and resilience I have built in myself over time.

I have taught various classes in community and educational settings with a diverse range of individuals including, mother and baby groups; older adults; children with behavioural difficulties and special educational needs (SEN). 200hr RYT Ashtanga , Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
I´m on a mission to make Yoga accessible to everyone. Ever heard someone say „I can’t do yoga because I´m not flexible“? Well, good news, no one has to be specifically flexible to start yoga at all. Everybody has a yoga body. Step on the mat with me, disconnect from the outside world for a bit and discover how different you’ll feel when heading out the door at the end of a class.
My journey started in 2018 in Berlin, before embarking on an adventure through Australia which lead me to visit countless yoga studios and meet inspiring Yogis that have ultimately fostered my curiosity for this ancient practice before settling in the UK in 2021.
When I´m not practicing, you can find me wandering around the Northern Quarter in Manchester, a natural wine bar in Berlin or at home playing with my dog Leo.

RYT (200 hrs) yoga teacher of hatha, pranayama and meditation
ICF Approved business and life coach
Trained in Menopause Yoga
A compassionate teacher of hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra since 2018. Born in the UK with Indian roots I feel strongly connected to the ancient wisdom of yoga from the country of my heritage. I would like to dispel the westernised image of yoga to help everyone access the true essence of what yoga is - remove the ego, the need to look perfect, and the idea that yoga is a workout. When I practice with a student, I offer kindness and patience, connecting the practice to yogic philosophy with a desire to help others find their inner strength and inner wisdom.

Meet KATIEANNE DUNCAN-BRUCE, a seasoned creative spirit with a BA(Hons) in Dance and a Live Events Diploma. Her global journey has seen her wear multiple hats – dancer, choreographer, teacher – and delve into production and management. Notably, Clarke Quay in Singapore holds a special place in her heart as the Entertainment Capital.
Proudest Chapter: The proudest chapter unfolded with the arrival of Katie's identical twin boys. Challenges of carrying twins tested her physical and mental strength, marked by a C-Section and two additional abdominal surgeries, including a painful full muscle repair for Diastasis Recti. Amidst this journey, she discovered the isolation due to the lack of pre and postnatal exercise options.
Transformation into a Specialist Women’s Yoga Teacher: This struggle fuelled Katie's transformation into a 300HR Specialist Women’s Yoga Teacher. 'Yogabellies Moray with Katie' was born in January 2022, dedicated to guiding women through pregnancy, postnatal stages, motherhood, fertility, and menopause, both locally in Moray and online.
Accolades and Achievements: Katie reached a pinnacle with a notable achievement – named the Pre/Post Natal Trainer of the Year 2023 at the Scottish Health & Fitness Awards. Evolving her business, she broadened its horizons by curating distinctive events and workshops, giving rise to the inception of KDB Energy®. This expansion was driven by an awareness of the widespread demand for stress reduction, invigoration, and relaxation, catering to various institutions such as the NHS, well-known charities, schools, and universities.
Current Role: Today, while building her business, she proudly serves as a Les Mills instructor in the local community and a Senior Yogabellies Teacher, contributing globally by training other Yogabellies teachers. This role enables her to share expertise and passion for holistic well-being and specialist women’s yoga on a broader scale.
The Visionary behind KDB Energy®: Leveraging her versatile background and drawing from diverse expertise in yoga, fitness, dance, choreography, and mindfulness, Katie goes beyond traditional boundaries. She orchestrates unique events, workshops, and diverse programmes, showcasing an innovative and holistic approach. Her coaching proficiency spans a wide spectrum, from guiding children and professionals to supporting postnatal women. Katie's expanded offerings encompass online courses and personalised 1-2-1 coaching, addressing various needs, from pregnancy and fertility to working with professional performers and collaborating on stage productions. Stress reduction, energising, and uplifting form the consistent threads intricately woven into all her transformative offerings. Guided by her principles of Kindness, Drive, and Balance, Katie creates experiences that truly stand out.

Hello, my name is Marika, and I am a qualified birth and postpartum doula based in Ireland.
I did my training with an amazing Krysia Lynch. I gained so much knowledge and understanding about birth during the training. I loved that Krysia so skillfully weaved in teachings from different aspects. Getting the right balance between the mind, body and soul. Becoming a doula was also my own personal healing journey, which made me more aware of what really happened during my own two births.
Now I am ready to serve women during their birth journeys, supporting them and their families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am very drawn to postpartum support as I feel sometimes the 4th trimester is overlooked , not giving enough attention and care to mum.
I am also a passionate Menstrual Cycle awareness advocate, working together with other women in the local community. Organizing women’s circles , retreats, and different kinds of gatherings. Working with women is definitely something that gives me purpose to get up in the morning. Women are thriving when they come together and feel supported and safe. We need each other for each other.
Thank you for considering me as your doula. I would be honoured to be part of your birthing journey, and, please, reach out to me if you have any enquiries. There are no silly questions.
Sending you lots of love

I’m a Shamanic Practitioner based in Exeter, but it wasn’t always like this. Over the last few years I’ve moved out of and away from my Christian faith to find a profoundly glorious home in Shamanism. I love the relatedness to our physical environment and all living creatures which this way of life embodies, while finding it to be immensely stimulating and challenging, especially when so much of our natural world is under greater threat than ever before.
I was at my best when living at and working from the margins of the Church, where things were far less clear-cut and where a mystical approach to the Divine was perfectly ok. In this context my practise of the ministry of healing took root, to grow, deepen and broaden in the following years. Yet, as I’ve moved away from Christianity so my understanding of illness, suffering and healing has continued to expand and informs my healing work in Shamanism. Now, looking back, I can see a golden thread (for healing) that runs through all the work I’ve undertaken in the Church and which continues still. I find this wondrous and it’s a source of joy and gratitude in me.
I’m a Bereavement Counsellor and a Life Coach too: one enriches the other. I’m based in Exeter, and work with Clients face-to-face, over the ‘phone and via Skype/FaceTime.

Hi. My name is Nikky. I teach Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga and Developmental Baby Massage in Sligo, Ireland. After many years of battling depression, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and finally received, what I would whole-heartedly say, was lifesaving treatment. Having a background in meditation, mindfulness and pranayama, I already had the skills to help me stay as grounded as possible during the last couple of years and also my present and future journey in motherhood. For anyone reading this that thinks “…but I can’t do that…” for whatever reason…..all you need to do is take 3 mins each day to sit and breathe. That’s it. It’ll change your life.

I was born and grew up in South Africa and left to travel in 2000 going from Israel, Ireland, Scotland and finally settling in England. Since a child I have always felt called to natural and holistic healing. Although life took me on a varied corporate career path, when I was struggling with some minor health issues and struggled to lose weight, I decided to study nutrition. This led me to learn more about energy healing such as Reiki and working crystals and meditation. I no longer need the prescription medication and have lost a significant amount of weight through a combination of nutrition, exercise, and mindset. Through this knowledge and experience I have gained; I have been able to help others on the path to health and wellbeing.
