I am a female coach, emotional wellbeing practitioner, trauma integration specialist and holistic womb healing enthusiast. In short - emotional healing and feminine creatrix coach. I help women to connect with their values and desires, correct boundaries and clear blocks that are preventing them from truly living most satisfying life. I work with integrative trauma models which translated into more human- friendly language means when I work with you, we look at what happened in your life that is currently creating biggest problems for you and what to do to remove the root cause of it. I use several techniques that work very well remediate the original trauma (wound) which could be either emotional or physical. Every session is completely different and created especially for you as I tap into my internal intuitive resources to draw upon energetic information that is connected to the problem that you are experiencing. I also enjoy running women groups and sessions on holistic and esoteric topics. I’m avid astrology lover (wink wink to my astrology friends), mother of my 10 months old and a creator of Radiant Womb Woman program. I moonshine as a blogger and YouTuber once in a while since I have so much to share. Contact Details Website Events Instagram YouTube

Dr. Rukmini Jonnalagadda is a cell and molecular biologist, as well as a passionate yoga instructor. During her PhD studies, she delved into how cells store memories based on their growth environment. This sparked her fascination with understanding how habits and trauma are stored at the molecular level and within our bodies. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in traditional yoga practices, this concept was familiar to her and inspired her to become a yoga instructor herself. Today, she is dedicated to advocating for yoga as both a science and a philosophy, helping people navigate modern life with its many challenges. Contact Details Facebook Instagram LinkedIn

HICAT tutor, Creative Arts Facilitator & Creative Therapist After successfully completing my degree in Sociology / Theatre studies & Performing arts, drama therapy became my passion. Using drama as a tool can offer self awareness, learning and growth in settings such as special educational schools, prisons and the disability sector. It provided me with many opportunities to witness how an individual can explore their unconscious and express their 'true self' in various scenarios through role play. Drama therapy offers escapism, can make a difference to emotions and feelings and provide a lasting impact on human behaviours. Enabling people to express themselves beyond who they are, in a safe and supportive environment was a privilege. Unfortunately, life, materialistic needs and finances became my priority. Fast forward twenty years, after spending many years in the education sector developing students and businesses, I entered the corporate world. Life could not be any further from where my heart was. The aftermath of Covid, isolated from family and friends, at the beginning of menopause and having crippling anxiety took their toll on my mental, emotional and physical being. My confidence, ambition, direction and passion for life had gone. Unsure of the person staring back at me, unable to describe my feelings, I longed for change... A few months later an email came through about the HICAT course. At the time, I had to make a choice between a business qualification or training where I could invest in me, for me. I plucked up the courage and chose the latter! Unsure If I had made the right decision added to my stress and anxiety. I questioned everything, doubted my ability, worried how it may impact my career, would I have time? when would I study? could I afford it? the list was endless but, I knew I had to try if anything was to change. When the course started, I immediately knew that I had made the right decision. I could express myself without the struggle to find the words, when I was too angry or confused the arts gave me a voice. I loved being creative; learning how emotions and feelings impact our body, and the self discovery of making the connection between a well-mind and well-being, all in my safe creative space. The feeling of getting back to my roots re-ignited my passion, provided fulfilment with purpose that helped me gain sight of myself once more. I was 'Connecting', 'Creating' and 'expressing' myself. My worrying reduced, I allowed my body to rest, and slowly the overwhelming anxiety started to calm. It was at this point 'Connect with Creativity' was founded. Research shows that 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year and that 792 million people are affected by mental health issues worldwide. At any given time, 1 in 6 working-age adults have symptoms associated with mental ill health. I realised I was one of these statistics, so I set out to make a difference. Everyone should have the opportunity to have space to rest, restore and re-align. The HICAT course is more than a practitioner course. It is a journey that can empower, heal and bring calm into your life. Creative expression can improve mental and emotional well-being, enhance physical activity and brings opportunity that enables you to 'be in the present moment'. When words are not enough....'Connect with creativity' and empower others to do the same... Contact Details Email: Lesley@connectwithcreativity.co.uk Website Facebook Instagram

After 6 years of experience working with children who have special educational needs and disabilities and reaping the benefits of yoga in my personal life, I decided to complete training with Special Yoga. This allowed me to offer yoga to the population I was already working with. This method of yoga can be adapted to all abilities and needs - I really do mean it when I say it is for everyone. I now offer 1:1 and group yoga, both privately and in schools, for children aged 0-18 years. I am used to working with a multi-disciplinary team and therefore can work closely with therapists and professionals to assist children in bringing yoga to their lives. I have adapted to the current situation by also offering 1:1 and group yoga online via video call or pre-recorded videos. You can find some free yoga practices on my Instagram and YouTube channel. For more information or enquires please contact me or visit my website. Email: soleilsalutations@gmail.com Website: www.soleilsalutations.com Instagram: @soleilsalutations

I have been passionate about wellness from a very young age. My mum introduced me to holistic wellness therapies such as reflexology and healing massage as a child because growing up I suffered from severe allergy problems, asthma, and digestive problems. I was interested to learn more about my body and how holistic therapies could help me further. This led me on my personal journey to healing my gut health, asthma, and allergies - becoming medication free after 20-something years of inhalers and antihistamines! I learnt the importance of balancing my body and mind connection. My journey inspired me to help other people, so I trained to be a health coach as well as a yoga instructor. I absolutely love seeing my clients progress on their wellness journey, it's so rewarding. Hi! I’m Steven from @_breathlife_ And I’m all about connection…connection to yourself, to others and our environment. I definitely believe we need a little more of that in the world today! I love helping people to question their reality and reconnect them to what I call the Simple-Self. That part of you that knows exactly what it needs, how simple it may be. Whether that’s a good conversation with a good friend whilst walking through the woods , being creative, or a little dance . When we reconnect to the Simple-Self we quickly realise how little we actually need and how we can let go of everything else that doesn't serve us. And that’s where the breath comes in…our breathing doesn’t lie. It connects us straight to what’s alive in us, whether that’s joy or stress. There’s no hiding when it comes to the breath. Which is why it is my favourite tool! I use all kinds of breathing modules depending on what you need; activating or relaxation techniques for shorter sessions or Conscious Connected breathing for the more deep and intense sessions. I’ve been doing Breathwork sessions on and off for about 7 years until I got fully qualified, and I have to say: Nothing is the same once you start breathing properly! Besides being a qualified breathwork facilitator I'm also an ICF accredited coach, I have a background in Psychology (MSc) and I’m a Firewalk Facilitator About Breathlife: Breathlife is the vehicle through which Steven offers all his activities. It works on 3 principles: - Everything should be an Experience. - We only work in a committed Environment. - We celebrate the Experiment. Breathlife offers full spectrum breathwork facilitation and coaching, from functional breathing exercises to 2hr connected breathing journeys. Contact Details Instagram LinkedIn Website Card Deck

He primarily provides a mobile service directly in your home, hotel, or workplace but also on occasion, in a studio offering more flexibility to clients having difficulties in hosting. He sees massage treatments as complementary medicine to help achieve and experience a more relaxed and healthier lifestyle and considers it as "general maintenance” for our bodies. Results are felt immediately after a session. Luca approaches every treatment with his usual enthusiasm and hones his abilities to make the entire experience unique and help reconnect your body and mind.
