After 6 years of experience working with children who have special educational needs and disabilities and reaping the benefits of yoga in my personal life, I decided to complete training with Special Yoga. This allowed me to offer yoga to the population I was already working with. This method of yoga can be adapted to all abilities and needs - I really do mean it when I say it is for everyone. I now offer 1:1 and group yoga, both privately and in schools, for children aged 0-18 years. I am used to working with a multi-disciplinary team and therefore can work closely with therapists and professionals to assist children in bringing yoga to their lives. I have adapted to the current situation by also offering 1:1 and group yoga online via video call or pre-recorded videos. You can find some free yoga practices on my Instagram and YouTube channel. For more information or enquires please contact me or visit my website. Email: soleilsalutations@gmail.com Website: www.soleilsalutations.com Instagram: @soleilsalutations

Hey lovelies, my name is Elaine, Ellie for short and I am a qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. My role involves educating, equipping and supporting clients with the knowledge and tools to enable them to look after their own health and well-being, analyse their current diet and lifestyle and what their optimum goals are in life, to help them along the way and to get their mojo back! For many years I struggled with both my diet and lifestyle and I guess you could say I was living the life! However, that all makes an impact on your health as you get older and is just not sustainable. Instead of taking the sensible approach, I followed celebrity diets, newest fads and even total starvation to reach my ‘goal’. Back then my goal was to look like a 6ft supermodel – that was never going to happen as firstly I’m nowhere near 6 feet!! So, I had to re-evaluate my goals and ask myself what I truly, deeply wanted for me, myself and I. It was apparent that I knew I was never going to reach supermodel status and what I really wanted was just to be healthy - a healthy weight, lifestyle and to be happy. What more can a person want! I decided this was a huge area of interest for me so I researched more about it and spent so many hours talking to family and friends about living a healthy life and not purely existing in a sub-standard life and I realised I was really good at helping people. I qualified from IHS (Institute for Health Sciences) in a Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching and now I want to change the world! OK, well realistically, even if it’s a handful of people I’ll be happy. I’m totally passionate about helping people to take a long hard look at how they are living, it’s not just the number on the bathroom scales as that does not equate to being healthy, it’s a combination of your diet, sleep, energy, social connections, work-life balance, stressors etc…. the whole shebang and that’s where I can help. If you are interested in working with me, you can book a free chat. My name is Sophia and I have been walking the path of spiritual healing for quite some years now. I´ve been always sensitive to energies and being able to feel them as well as see auras from a young age and started practicing Hatha and Kundalini Yoga as a teenager. After a spontaneous Kundalini awaking while volunteering abroad, I decided to start studying Reiki and immerse myself into the world of energetic healing. In 2021 I completed my studies as a Reiki Master in Spain and later in 2022 commenced my one year journey to study as a shamanic practitioner in Ireland with the Irish school of Shamanic studies. Simultaneously I also finished my 200 hour Yoga teacher training in Anusara Yoga recently, which I studied under the guidance of the wonderful Noeleen Tyrell from Ard Nahoo Yoga school. As of now I am working with clients on a 1:1 basis offering Shamanic healings and Reiki treatments to help people find their way into wholeness and peace within themselves, being able to live an empowered and joyful life as the divine creators of their experience in this world. Hi! I am Kirsten Hunneyball, Peer Recovery and Life Coach based in Ballito, KZN. Having lived experience with an eating disorder, ADHD, and trauma, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their empowered selves and navigate life's challenges. I understand that self-improvement and recovery from disordered food and body behaviours is a complicated process and that you will need support every step of the way. It is important for you to have a professional who understands the physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual elements that underlie disordered food and body behaviours and who can help you establish a life that better reflects who you are without limiting beliefs and unhelpful coping mechanisms for life’s stressors. Coaching can be a very effective tool in your process, however it is important to note that I am not a therapist or medical professional. My approach is within a coaching framework. I use methodologies such as mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation, accountability, somatic embodiment techniques, and spiritual development to help you deal with triggers and challenges. I will also help to equip you with empowering practical tools to utilize on a day-to-day basis so that you can show up to life as your most authentic and best self. Philosophies that align with my value system include that of Intuitive Eating, All Foods Fit, Anti-Diet, HAES, and Bottom-Up approaches to healing. Because recovery from disordered food and body behaviours is complex, and needs to be met on a biopsychosocial level, you might find the need for external support as well. The process of recovery might include dieticians, therapists, medical doctors, support groups, and more depending on your individual needs. If needs be, I will consult and collaborate with any other medical and psychological support systems you have in order to help address you as a whole rather than to isolate any one form of treatment for recovery so that you can move into a culture of lasting recovery. Coaching is not seen as the "be all and end all" of the healing process and your journey may require a multidisciplinary approach. I am happy to refer you out to professionals within my network if you need it. Contact Details Website Facebook Instagram YouTube

When Filters4Spas was founded by Phil Moseley and Gil Gingell in November 2009 replacement spa filter cartridges were expensive, difficult to get hold of and of poor quality. They made a marketing statement that their new filter cartridges, manufactured in Hangzhou China, would be of superior quality, plentiful in supply and readily available at a more realistic price; and today, that statement still stands for Darlly Europe. In June 2011 Filters4Spas became an equitable partner with Hangzhou Darlly Filtration and today that statement still stands for Darlly Europe Limited. Better Filter . . . Better Service . . . Better Price Darlly Europe now handles the logistics, supply, marketing, research and development throughout all 44 European countries in the Pool and Spa market. With over 60,000 units in stock at one time and supplying customers throughout Europe with 5 distribution centres all with a next day delivery available. Hi my name is Terri and approximately two years ago I mentally and physically crashed and burned. I was burnt out and finding it hard to function. As a mum of two with a business to run, not functioning was not working out too well for me and I began to suffer from low mood and anxiety. After a couple of difficult month’s I decided I had had enough of feeling so awful and decided to take back control of my mind. After some CBT sessions the fog began to lift, and I felt ready to seek out a more sustainable way of maintaining my health and well-being so I did not end up back in the fog I had come from. After some research I discovered the practice of mindfulness and after a few months of practicing this new way of thinking I began to notice a profound difference in my mental and physical well-being. I felt more relaxed and in control of my mind in a way I didn’t think was possible just a few months ago, I found this to be empowering and liberating. My personal experience of practising mindfulness led me study mindfulness at diploma level and start my own business as a mindfulness practitioner. It gives me great pleasure to help others take back control of their minds and lead a more mindful life. Website: www.mindfulnessforthemasses.co.uk Facebook: @mindfulnessforthemasses

WHY I CAN - AND WOULD LOVE - TO HELP YOU Hello! This is the part where I spill my heart out in a positive way… So, what brought me to my work? I’m one of those therapists that has been on their own healing journey. Coming from my fair share of trauma’s I came to understand the after math of doing ‘the work”. I value the results so much that I wanted to share the techniques and workshops to facilitate you on your own journey. Before I did the work on myself, my daily wake up call consisted of self loathing, lack of self worth, shame, fear and no self awareness of my thoughts and emotions. I was basically riddled with PTSD. So, where did my healing journey begin: It started with my Reiki attunement in 2007. Since then I’ve studied and integrated so many different disciplines. I’ve travelled globally doing 500hr yoga teacher training, Neuro linguistic programming, hypnosis, counselling, Reiki levels 1, 2 & 3, meditation, pranayama and the Wim Hof Method teacher training. The Results… self love, self worth and self awareness of my inner world. I now wake up ready for this beautiful thing we call Life. I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2011. Firstly, to be able to better deal with the pain caused by a rheumatic disease, later to be able to better cope with the high workload at work and the hormonal changes of menopause. My own practice has developed steadily over the last few years. At first I concentrated on physical exercises - today yoga has become a philosophy of life for me in which I have established a balanced, regular practice. This ranges from: - Demanding inversions and arm balances - Slow Vinyasa classes - Regular Yin practice - Yoga Nidra - Meditations and breathing work and much more. In addition to yoga, I enjoy cycling, cooking and baking, and walking the dogs. Contact Details Email: bree@theyogahand.com Website Facebook Instagram
