The Chiropractic Association of Ireland (CAI) is the only national organisation to insist that its members are trained to the highest educational standards and only graduates of ECCE/CCE/CCEI/ACCE* accredited institutions are permitted to join the association.
The CAI is the only Irish chiropractic association to be a full member of the European Chiropractors’ Union and the World Federation of Chiropractic. Membership ensures that chiropractic in Ireland is represented at the highest level.
So that the public can be assured of high standards of professionalism and conduct, CAI members are required to comply with a strict code of practice and continued professional development. In the trained hands of CAI chiropractors, patients can expect a comprehensive approach to the assessment, diagnosis and management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders. As specialist providers of bone and joint care, CAI chiropractors use their detailed knowledge to assess the impact of spinal and joint dysfunction on the nervous system and on general health.
Chiropractic has a tradition of effectiveness and patient satisfaction without the use of drugs or surgery. CAI chiropractors are experts in spinal adjustment and also utilise a range of other techniques such as exercise recommendations, nutritional support and lifestyle advice. They are wholistic in their approach, which means they look at the whole body; not just where the symptoms may appear.
As primary health care practitioners a medical referral isn’t necessary before seeing a CAI chiropractor, although increasingly people are referred to CAI chiropractors through their GP. Chiropractic’s excellent track record in patient safety and assuring patient satisfaction means that more patients than ever are seeking CAI chiropractors for their healthcare needs.
Most major health insurers cover chiropractic care, when provided by a CAI Chiropractor, but please check with your provider for any terms associated with your particular policy.

My name is Kaya and I have lived in the world of healing since I was a child. Without knowing what energies are or how they work, I was intuitively healing animals. As a teenager I realised that I can help others to let go of their pain, and so my healing path had begun. By practicing and experiencing healing, I developed my own healing technique which I call natural-intuitive healing. I have since then attended a number of courses in energy healing and other kinds of therapy in order to expand my understanding. On top of that I have attended courses for psychological astrology, art therapy and hypnotherapy. I draw most of my inspiration and energy from nature for which I have always felt a very strong and dynamic relationship with.
I haven’t had the easiest path through life, so most of my healing work I have done for myself and my close ones. Today I can be nothing but grateful for all my experiences because they have taught me so much! There is no book in the world which can give you more knowledge than learning from your own experiences. It applies to you as well: Today you might feel deeply troubled, but one day you will give your gratitude for all you have been through because it made you greater! All the challenges we face happen because our soul chooses them, so we can learn from them and win this game, become a clearer, purer, and higher self.
We are all here to shine! We just need to bring light to all the shadows!
Therefore I created this Personal Healing Process for you. And I would love to share with you all what has been given to me to overcome difficulties, from my heart, to yours.

Born in July 1973, just six minutes after my twin sister 'Jennifer Anne Scott' . My twin sister and I have always been very close, and that extended to our past times and job choices as well. Being identical twins, meant that we had similar tastes and when we were together, we seemed to be unstoppable.
Our careers started in Customer Service based roles, either in Retail or financial services. We then went on to become Ofsted Registered Childminders. Unfortunately, the Covid outbreak in 2021/2022, saw me close my business and return to retail, where I worked as a part time shop assistant, in a job that I very much loved.
Everything changed when my darling sister passed away on 24th October 2022, after a long, brave fight against Cancer, that spanned 13 years. With her passing, there was relief that she was no longer in pain or suffering. However, the pain that I began suffering was unbearable. I felt like half of me had been ripped away and I still do. Through my grief and sadness, I found Essential Oils, and then Aromatherapy. I had a newly discovered drive and ambition, to learn whatever I could and to be 'reborn' in every way possible. Whilst embarking on this new journey, I discovered BSY - The British School of Yoga, and through them, I found the Advanced Aromatherapy course that would change my life more than I ever thought possible.

I’m Gordana Poscic, Master of Physiotherapy, with over 43 years of experience, including 29 years running my private practice. I retired earlier this year. In my practice I used a wide range of methods — from manual therapy to various exercise-based concepts.
Since 2011 I have been an IPNFA Instructor, an IPNFA Advanced Instructor since 2016, and a CLT Instructor since 2019. I teach courses in Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Poland, South Korea, Russia, and Cyprus.
Over the years, the CLT concept has delivered many incredible and rapid results for both patients and professional athletes. These excellent outcomes inspired me to promote the concept globally.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced a completely new situation — the practice was closed for more than a month. One day, a 72-year-old patient called suffering from pain and an inability to stand or walk for more than 10 minutes following lower back surgery. Something needed to be done immediately. At the time, I had no video resources to show him how to exercise. I explained a few basic CLT exercises over the phone. After 20 days, he reported that the exercises helped him so much that he was now pain-free and able to do almost everything in his daily life.
This experience led to the creation of the website fit-perform.eu, where it is now possible to purchase CLT training programmes for improving strength and coordination in daily activities and fitness while also preventing pain and injury. The site also features exercises for reducing localised pain, such as lower back pain, shoulder or hip/knee/ankle problems.
I would like to showcase the CLT concept in workshops and courses around the world — the results truly speak for themselves.

In my previous life living in the fast-paced London corporate I used my love of dancing, yoga and music to let off steam whenever I could. A diagnosis of breast cancer on my 40th birthday changed my life dramatically, but my love for movement never died. It was during my recovery that I followed a life long dream to study Dance Movement Pyschotherapy as well as yoga teacher training to strengthen my previous children’s yoga, dance and meditation experience.
Five years on and now living in Ibiza I wholeheartedly believe that all my training has had a big part to play in my recovery and working with my own inner child has made me realise how important it is to a provide safe, fun environment where children can learn, express themselves and find joy in movement.
It was this that led me to create the Supercala concept combining yoga, dance, mindfulness, massage and other fun things to lighten up everyone’s inner child.

After over ten years of working in further and higher education training and policy, I left the world of sitting at a computer to pursue my passion in fitness. Since 2006, I have qualified and worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, working with clients one-to-one, challenging, supporting and guiding each one to their individual fitness goals. I teach various group exercises classes and yoga classes, both in Central Scotland and in Glasgow. I enjoy the opportunity to work with a range of groups, from disabled clients to children to community groups. As well as being a qualified yoga teacher,I’m a personal trainer, an indoor cycling instructor, a running coach and a massage therapist. I’m constantly updating and adding to her professional qualifications. The basis of my always-evolving view of life and fitness is to ‘Respect the body; explore its limits’
